Co-founded ieng Group in 2007 & now serves as CEO of CREI. Former Implementation Manager at MTN, with over 15 years in telecom. Holds an Electrical Engineering degree from American University of Beirut & completed executive programs at Harvard & MIT.

Joined the Group in 2017 to lead capital structuring and raising debt/equity for investment opportunities  in renewables & telecom. Previously VP–Sales Trader at Citigroup Dubai & Analyst at Tradition London. Holds degrees in Finance &Minor in Computer Science from American University of Beirut, & an MSc from Cass Business School, London.

Joined the Group in 2018, leading capital structuring and raising debt/equity for investment opportunities in renewables & telecom. Brings 14+ years experience in private equity & private debt financing mainly in agribusiness, telecom and renewable energy infrastructure projects. Holds a Master’s in Finance from ESCP & dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering & Business Studies  from Lebanese American University.

Joined the Group in 2010 as Group Quality Manager, appointed as Group CHRO in 2016 after leading HR & Quality .Former Personnel Quality Specialist at Linfra Telecom. Holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Lebanese University& an EMBA in Organization Management (Paris Dauphine, Sorbonne & Saint Joseph). Completed executive programs at London Business school in 2013 & INSEAD France in 2016

Corporate lawyer, Beirut Bar member. Joined the Group in 2022, managing legal work in finance, M&A, telecom, and global contracts. Former Head of Legal at a top Lebanese bank (15 yrs), with prior law firm experience. Holds degrees from USJ, ESA, and ESCP Paris.

Joined ieng Group in 2015 as Project Manager & held senior roles including Head of Country, Regional Director, & Head of EPC. Led Business Development through 2025 & brings 20+ years Industry experience. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Electronics from Badji Mokhtar University – Annaba 

Joined the Group in May 2021 as Group Finance Manager. Previously worked as Audit Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young. Holds a Business Administration degree from the American University of Beirut & is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New Hampshire, USA.

Joined the Group in 2017 & restructured the department into IMS, Compliance & Sustainability. Oversees ISO portfolio & sustainability strategy. Brings 8+ years experience in compliance & ESG. Holds a B.Sc. in International Business from SUNY, a Postgraduate Diploma in ESG, ESG certificates from Harvard & Cambridge, & IRCA Lead Auditor credentials (QMS, OHSMS, EMS).

Joined ieng Group in 2018 as Group Strategic Project Manager, became Head of Business Operations & Strategy in 2020, & in 2023 was promoted to Group Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. Previously a Strategy Assistant Manager with EMAAR  Dubai & a Product Analyst with Edenred in Paris. Holds an MBA from International Hospitality Management from IMHI-ESSEC Business School in Paris, a Master’s in sales & Marketing from NORMANDY Business school, & a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management from the University of South Australia.

Joined the Group in 2016, leading capital structuring for renewables & telecom. Brings 14+ of solid financial and operational international experiences. Holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certifications; holds an Accounting degree from I.P.N.E.T University; and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria.
